I agree to abide by the KCBS Rules, Regulations and Judging Procedures along with any and all rules, guidelines, and laws established by the Anthony Downs Racing Board. This competition is a State Qualifier competition.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY: In consideration of accepting the entry, I the undersigned intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my heirs, my executors and administrators, waive and release any and all right and claims for damages I may have against the KCBS, Anthony Downs or the City of Anthony, and their agents, successors, and assigns for any and all injuries sufered by me in this event. Further, I hereby grant full permission to the KCBS and the Anthony Downs Committee and/or agents authorized by them to use any photographs, video tapes, motion pictures, recording or any other records of this event for any legitimate purpose.
